Independent team player. Its an oxymoron, its an irony, its our life. Its us!.
I often come across advertisement for job asking for a independent and a team player. Isn't this an opposite qualities. Being independent usually make you a very bad team player. Being a team player will make you dependent on others for most of your job!!
May be they should mention 50% Independent and 50% team player. A balanced worker. A slave and a king!. The lord and the servent combined!.
